- NMNoelle MartinSep 5, 20251.0Recommend not to use as an access point. They deny packages randomly. Two packages were delivered successfully but a few days later two were denied. I called UPS customer service and they confirmed that this store denied the packages most likely due to "being full". I've used access points for years and never had this happen. As a result, it created a chain reaction of holds, confusing rescheduled delivery notifications and delays. They caused the delivery tracking to go bonkers. I can't imagine the chaos if I had been out of town. I also place blame on UPS allowing them to be listed as an access point. Avoid as a high-priority delivery back up.

I've been here to use their notary service, and to mail packages probably a dozen times in the past year and they have been nothing but attentive, friendly, and helpful. In fact, we went today to mail two packages and there were 3 others in line ahead of us. Due to COVID, we had to wait outside the door. An employee took the initiative to come out to greet us and offered to take the packages for us and gave us receipts (our boxes had pre printed prepaid mailing labels on them). This was great, what we had to do was simple and the proactive employee saved us time waiting in line. We've also gone to the UPS Store on Grand & Perkins and the folks there are also pretty helpful and friendly. The drawback about that location is that they tend to get a lot of customers and the line can get +5 long, AND they seem to be short staffed most times - a few days ago, we went to mail packages and there was only one employee working behind the counter and the line grew to some 8 people ;/
