- NMNoelle MartinSep 5, 20251.0Recommend not to use as an access point. They deny packages randomly. Two packages were delivered successfully but a few days later two were denied. I called UPS customer service and they confirmed that this store denied the packages most likely due to "being full". I've used access points for years and never had this happen. As a result, it created a chain reaction of holds, confusing rescheduled delivery notifications and delays. They caused the delivery tracking to go bonkers. I can't imagine the chaos if I had been out of town. I also place blame on UPS allowing them to be listed as an access point. Avoid as a high-priority delivery back up.

You can't actually pick up a package here if it is mailed US Mail and you aren't paying $176 for a small mailbox for 3 months. The people here are nice and patient the customers can be rude and demanding and complain about pricing like I'm doing but at least I appreciate them. You could have got your free 20 pages to print out at the Piedmont library by walking 2 blocks up the street. Santos Candelario $5 just to print 3 pages but the person that helped me was helpful
