  They “lost” my package too AND COST ME $350. 12/8/25 - the woman behind the counter gave me attitude as if she was too good for the job of shipping packages and returning items. Then she said she couldn’t return my items using the QR code I provided, so I got a different QR code from customer service, I packed up my items while she glared at me. I then handed her my package and she gave me some weird receipt, saying that was all she could give me and my package would be shipped that day. When I called BR/the Gap 3weeks later, they said they never received my package. If you use this place, perhaps wrap your stuff with duct tape beforehand and don’t accept any run arounds. The UPS store on Piedmont Ave is 1,000x better. Never had an issue like this anywhere else before. Use UPS on LaSalle at your own risk

  If you have a prepaid shipping label, print it out at home, they will charge you several dollars for a single sheet of paper. Incredibly, the bulk of the charge is for sending the email, not the print job. Price gouging plain and simple.

  The worst customer service I have experienced at a UPS store, and I'm a regular UPS Store client. Go to Redwood Road or Piedmont Ave stores instead, which both have solid customer service.

  I feel some of the staff are unprofessional and rude. I’ve never had so many negative experiences at a UPS location. Hopefully they swap out the problem staff since this is the closest location to me.

  The most important reason for my rating is I was able to get everything done with minimal explanation. The clerk knew exactly what was needed for sending my visa application. Made the process simple and painless.
