I don't mess with other woman and I'm not a lesbian either. But I see they look down on me, and even wanted two pieces of ID. I don't like that the place is right next door to a nasty Homeless Encampment, the street looks very filthy and nasty. They only have about 2 or 3 parking spaces in front of the place, then you're in front of the homeless encampment., So I parked across the street and there's this homeless guy sitting on my car. If I could I would prefer to have a PO box somewhere else. This place looks dangerous., & unsafe to come to check your mail.

They are always patient, smiling, efficient, and incredibly helpful, especially with taping and handling my returns. Truly amazing service and very much appreciated every time.

I shook the box upside down to show nothing falls out and all is secured, but she still refused. I came to the nearby closest UPS, and they took it without any problem. This store policy is $1.99 > satisfied customer, so here is my negative review to show other UPSs don’t do that

They're very knowledgeable and helpful and are very much on top of helping any/all customers that walk through the door. Dealt with all kinds of things at so many other places trying to get passport photo. I'll only come here from now on for any service they provide. Good prices too.
