  Their service is REALLY poor. The older man and lady who run the place are super anxious and started yelling at me. I paid for them to box my package and they had me pay but started helping other people. I asked the man if he could finish helping me and he started raising his voice saying hell give me my money back. I literally said less than 5 words to these people... VERY RUDE. FIND A DIFFERENT STORE, mean older people.

  I’m a resident of Oakland and a frequent customer of the UPS Store at 351 Oak Street. I wanted to take a moment to share how truly wonderful the couple who manages this location is. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring people. Walking into that store feels like coming home. They consistently go above and beyond - whether it’s offering a pen and a seat when I needed to fill out a form, or always having a big box of treats ready for my dogs when I bring them in. My dogs adore them, and so do I. Each visit reminds me how special they are. I’ve gotten to know them a little more over time, and I leave every time feeling grateful. I choose to mail things through this location specifically because of them - there’s truly nowhere else I’d rather go. UPS is doing something very right by having them lead this store. They represent your brand beautifully

  Best UPS service I have experienced globally. The family run store is absolutely the epitome of excellent service always willing to help and truly try to find the best solution for customers. It is so rare to see such kind people

  Amazing and helpful people wouldn’t go anywhere else, came in to print some photos of my lost dog and everyone was so kind to me. Special thank you to that sweet family running this store! Great customer service
