    I came in to print. I was told that I would it would cost $3.00 just to email the UPS store my document. $3.00 just to receive an email is so incredibly greedy. BUT FINE. But then the employee was unable to figure out how to use the printer to print the document out in the right direction. I suggested that she try copying it and the employee was still unable to print the simple, two page-two sided document. UPS charges 74cents per side, per page. I spent 20 minutes in the UPS store and I left without the document that I needed and still ended up paying. And now I have to print it somewhere else tomorrow. How do you get away with charging such incredibly high prices for nothing. Ridiculous.

    I used to love this place. There is a young man two ladies, and they all worked so efficiently and fast all the time. When you walk in the store the first thing they would do is greet you and be friendly and smile. A few months back this new lady moved in named Evelyn. Ever since then there is this stressed look on all the employees. They don’t greet the customers, they don’t smile they give this look of frustration. Evelyn is one of the worst I have ever seen in Customer Service. She is hot and cold, hot and cold. One second she’ll say oh you can come here, next second she’ll snap at you, saying why can’t you use that machine over there? She’s just full of ego, anger, frustration. Ever since she came, the rest of them are not nice as well except the boy over there. He still seems to be soft and nice. There is some work dynamic that needs to change here. Maybe she does the same thing to the employees over there. I don’t know if she is a manager or not but ever since she came the whole dynamic, the friendliness of the staff, helpfulness of the staff everything is gone. I just hate going to the store anymore. I know she’s going to be more vindictive after this post, but I could care less. This need to be pointed out for the sanity of the people who visit there as well as the sanity of the people who work with her.

    Theft. What was in the package you might ask? GPU and Memory. Right the prime target for theft nowadays and this is the place that “lost” it. I spent countless hours on the phone with UPS and Amazon to no avail. It started with UPS driver not delivering package to my address. Not even UPS paper tag that he was there. Then I was informed that the package was delivered to this store and some one name Johnson signed for it. Well the store has no package for me and Johnson is not available for comment. I do not know who stole it. It could be driver, could be store employee in any case. I paid an absurd amount of money for the hardware and now I can’t get either the package or the money back because corporations point fingers at each other. Cheers.
