- JMjene McGeeDec 17, 20251.0This comment is for the delivery service in Oakland, I’ve lived out here for 2 years and everytime I find myself getting delivers from yal it’s always bad either, it’s not being delivered or stolen or even left over the fence inside my condo somewhere, they closed my dispute and had to reopen it 2 days later for some reason, the drivers are careless, not only around holidays but the whole year, the customer service is the worst in the world. Do better. Yal need to rehire/retrain all drivers in this location, something has to be done.
