    The staff here work mindlessly. A few days ago I brought a package here and wanted to send it to France. Inside were 6 speed control rc boats. They made me wait for about an hour. I was alone in the office. Then they decided to send my package. I asked why? They said the capacitors were batteries. I explained to them that the capacitors were not batteries. They insisted that they were batteries. I said then I could cut these capacitors. I even gave them the manual of the speed control to read. They still refused. They made me very disappointed. They work unprofessionally. They wasted a lot of my time. Below are the pictures of the speed control rc boat. I hope the manager looks into the problem.

    Seems like every package sent to me arrives fine but customer service is the worst. I hate that every time I call them I am referred to a different DHL and none of them communicate with each other. I have several DHL accounts and I have to create a new one with every incoming or outgoing package. Very rushed on the phone and they constantly put me on hold by saying, "Will you please hold?" and not listening to my answer, "NO!" I will spend more money and ship with FedEx or UPS because time is money and I am not saving either with DHL.
