  1 star for because what the driver/drivers did. TWICE. I AM REAL PISSED. Friday received a notification that delivery was attempted AND I WAS HOME ALL AFTERNOON SINCE I GOT OFF WORK AND EXPECTED PACKAGE DUE TO IT REQUIRING SIGNATURE. I HAVE A FRONT DOOR CAMERA; I REVIEWED MY CAMERA-- I SEE NO COURIER AND I SEE NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT. So then the re-delivery moved to MONDAY/TODAY, A NEW WORK WEEK AND I RECEIVED NOTIFICATION AGAIN THAT DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED. AGAIN I WAS HOME SINCE I GOT OFF WORK, REVIEWED MY CAMERA-- COURIER DID NOT ATTEMPT ANY DELIVERY. REAL SUSPICIOUS THAT DRIVER "ATTEMPTED DELIVERY" IS NEAR END OF WORK DAY. WELL I TOO AM FAMILIAR WITH THE LOGISTICS OF COURIER BUSINESS. TRULY WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME. ALSO WHY CREATE FALLACY AND LIES?? DRIVER/DRIVERS SHOULD DO THEIR JOB. Also just want to add-- "attempt delivery" seems to be a recurrence, this business needs to audit and/or coach their drivers.

  I was waiting at home all day for this package. I later received a notification that delivery was attempted. No one ever called, used the call box, or knocked. There was no delivery attempt.

  The staff here work mindlessly. A few days ago I brought a package here and wanted to send it to France. Inside were 6 speed control rc boats. They made me wait for about an hour. I was alone in the office. Then they decided to send my package. I asked why? They said the capacitors were batteries. I explained to them that the capacitors were not batteries. They insisted that they were batteries. I said then I could cut these capacitors. I even gave them the manual of the speed control to read. They still refused. They made me very disappointed. They work unprofessionally. They wasted a lot of my time. Below are the pictures of the speed control rc boat. I hope the manager looks into the problem.

  Falsely claims I refused delivery. Says to call a number, but that's an automated system that goes in a loop when I ask to speak to a representative even during business hours.
