- CTCrystal TalbotJan 18, 20265.0Huge shout out to Chelsea! I went in on friday after having issues with my account. I was told I needed to call once in the Bell store so Chelsea called the number I was given which wasnt the right number but after calling several different numbers she eventually got the issue resolved. I was very frustrated but she assured me we would get the issue resolved and we did! I was in and out in under 25 mins. She was also the only one working when I got there so in between being on hold for me she rang out other customers quick and efficiently.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with, if you have an issue you're shuffled through several different people who all tell you different things. Ive had an ongoing issue that is finally being resolved but its taken months, all because not a single person I talked to had an inkling of a clue. Also the franchise owners should really talk to their staff about using and PUSHING the $200 deductible as a selling point for bellcare, the deductibles range from $50-$600. Quite a jarring moment thinking you're going to pay a $200 deductible to have your phone fixed, as the salesperson sold us on only to be told its actually going to be a $450 and they have no idea why you were told $200 as the quotes are all different. Absolutely atrocious experience, wouldn't recommend a soul to the company.
