  I needed to change iPhones and get a new, personal cellular plan for the first time in over 20 years. Komal was helpful, helpful, and helpful from the time we called her (day prior) to when we walked into the BellAliant store in Lower Sackville. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and so very sweet and reassuring. I cannot express well enough just how positive, pleasant, and fulfilling my overall experience was. It was a joy and relief to have been placed in such good hands. Thanks to Komal for being just so great. I shall not forget my experience and I’ll be steering everyone I learn is looking to change cellular companies to BellAliant. Best, Stuart Colborne

  In for phone upgrade, this Bell store has the best staff hands down, I am a repeat customer. Today Youssef was our rep and he is awesome, very knowledgeable and super friendly to deal with. 10/10

  I recently dealt with Youssef for my phone and home services and had a great experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could make the right decision for my needs. I never felt pressured into anything, and he genuinely seemed focused on helping rather than just making a sale. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. He's a real asset to the company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for phone or home services. Thank you Youssef!

  Beth and Yousseff You have the most pleasant, knowledgeable and intelligent staff I have ever encountered. I have been to two specialized computer shops in Sackville and they couldn't help me. Beth and Yousseff literally within minutes these two professionals gave my their time and talents and have not only answered my questions but made sure I could put the info to use.
