  Says they’re open, this is a new location and it’s closed. Says to scan QR to find nearest. Not super helpful. Update: location at HSC confirmed this one just closed permanently. 🙄

  My internet hasn't worked at my house or at my rental property in over two months. I've called tech support douzens of times, had technician come multiple times (charged me for this), replaced the modems, replaced the boosters... Every time I get help they say it was never done properly before but fixed now. Well it isn't. My only solution has been to order a new service to the same house. Well.. I've been waiting three weeks for that too. This was unbelievable a month ago but it just keeps going. I keep thinking I've sunk so much time into this I better just keep going... I highly recommend using Purple Cow or Eastlink. None of them are perfect but this is insane. I cant do my job from home. Going to lose tenants... Unbelievable.

  We were fortunate to have had Brett and Derrick assist us in determining if we should stay with Bell and purchase a new cell phone through Bell. Thank you for taking the time to work through our options and help us improve our program without increasing our fees.
