  I had Bell fibre op. I was spending 130 a month. Expressed my displeasure with the rate and they would do nothing to keep my business. I now pay 68 a month with Purple Cow and have a much faster fibre op . When I returned my modem to Bell the employee said if we guarantee 60 a month for ever will you switch back to Bell? I said absolutely NOT.Bell had every oppertunity to keep me as a customer, and to finally offer me a respectable rate AFTER I switched was LAUGHABLE. So if you are with Bell and they wont work with you , I STRONGLY urge you to talk with Purple Cow. Dont get soaked.

  I cannot say enough good things about Shane at Bell in the Halifax Shopping Centre. He has been absolutely exceptional and is truly an incredibly valuable member of the Bell team. We originally went into the store looking for an iPhone 17 Pro Max, but there were none available in-store and none showing in the warehouses at the time. Shane was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and even recommended that we try purchasing directly through Apple so that we could get the phones we wanted rather than simply trying to make a sale himself. When we returned to Bell, Shane somehow managed to go above and beyond yet again — within two days, he found us not just one, but TWO iPhone 17 Pro Max phones! Since then, his customer service has continued to be outstanding. When we needed help deciding on an insurance plan, we returned to the store specifically to see him. The store was extremely busy and we eventually had to leave to pick up our children, but Shane didn’t just let the matter end there. He personally called me afterward, helped us work through the options and made sure we were taken care of. That level of follow-through has been consistent every time we have dealt with him. He has called us on several occasions to make sure we have what we need, helped us get the products we were looking for, and has always been professional, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. We’ve since gone back to purchase our phone cases and earphones as well, largely because of the trust he has built with us. Shane has become our go-to person for anything related to our phones and Bell service. In a time when truly exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Shane is an example of what it should look like. He doesn’t just make a sale — he builds relationships with his customers, follows through and genuinely works to find solutions. Bell is very fortunate to have him. Thank you, Shane, for repeatedly going above and beyond for our family. We will absolutely continue coming back to see you!

  The worst of the worst we have had no internet for over a week and expect to be 2 weeks at least the canceled on us 2 times so far and did not even call us to let us know. We have been missing work/ cant get any work done and if u can use any one eles do they are the wors of the god dam worst and will never change
