Tried switching my Bell Aliant fibre over to another provider and Bell cancelled my service a day early, leaving me without internet and no clear way to fix it. Their frontline support told me they ‘don’t have a process’ for the situation they created, and every attempt to get help went nowhere. Really frustrating experience. I hope Bell improves their internal processes, because customers deserve better than being left stranded with no accountability. CCTS complaint filed against the company.
