- CTCatherine TeodoroSep 8, 20261.0I honestly don’t understand how this company has 4-star reviews. The internet connection is absolutely TERRIBLE—constant issues, unreliable service, and extremely frustrating to deal with. To make matters worse, the technician was given the WRONG ADDRESS when they were supposed to come fix our internet. How does a company even get something this basic wrong? The service is beyond disappointing, and the lack of organization is ridiculous. We’ve wasted so much time dealing with problems that shouldn’t even be happening in the first place. Definitely one of the worst internet service experiences we’ve had. I would NOT recommend this company.
