  I have dealt with Hilary at the Micmac Mall location for years. She is very knowledgeable and has been exceptional to deal with, which keeps me coming back.

  This virgin charging me 400 on my phone bill and threatening me to cut me off if I don’t pay it so I’d rather you not to go with virgin mobility because you’re a bunch of scammers try to make me to pay $400. This is bullshit and the bills keep going higher and higher. What’s next gonna be up to 500 and they are disrespectful when I was talking to them. Do you put me on recording It’s like I can hear myself talk. They are the worst phone companies ever.

  Jonathan provided terrible customer service. Was extremely rude has no patients with older clients. Was being very condescending to my mother in-law talking down to her. By the end of the interaction we just wanted to be done. He asked if we needed a phone case I said no thank you. He muttered under his breath thank god you will be someone else’s problem. Before leaving I told him the service could have been better. This is where he choose to be violent started scream at me for giving him feedback on his service . I will go anywhere but this location in the future.
