  Their drivers are completely useless and should be replaced. Can't even follow the order or schedule of their route. I was home all day waiting for a package scheduled for delivery between 10am and 2pm. It is now 9:30pm and the tracking has finally updated from "On Fedex vehicle for delivery" early this morning to "Your package is still on the way and we’re actively working to get you a new delivery date." The original estimated delivery was July 4th, it now won't be delivered until at least July 8th. The delivery standard was July 7th today, as it was scheduled, and out for delivery on. There are no weather delays on a beautiful summer day, only laziness by your drivers. When Dragonfly outperforms you, you know that you have an issue, and no future.

  Multiple times I have got an alert saying my package is scanned here in Halifax and is out for delivery. Then a few hours later all of a sudden they remove that scan and my package has somehow appears to be where it just came from. It's always on a Friday, go figure. Someone doesn't want to come to my area maybe because it's inconvenient.

  Horrible horrible horrible. If you use FedEx in Halifax be prepared to drive wayyyyy out to an industrial park in Dartmouth to pick up your package. They're rated 2.4 stars on here for a reason.

  The worst shipping service in the whole world I can say after living in 10+ countries. Bunch of lier drivers who say they attempted delivery while im waiting at home for my package. No knock, no call. Even after clear instructions to give me a call once they reach here. I wish I could give negative points for their service. Companies should stop using fedex to send our packages. Multiple times, same experience. Horrible!!

  FedEx has by far the worst delivery service I've had the pleasure to deal with... They never deliver when they're scheduled to deliver... You get tired and frustrated waiting at home, then after you give up you try to use the automated service which frustrated you even more!!! After several days of frustration you here from an actual person who calls you to pick it up? The people at their depot are excellent, nice to talk with and finally get your delivery to you. The experience leading up to a real person isn't worthy of using their services. 👎👎
