  If there was a way to leave a negative star review I would! This location has been a disaster for me when I have needed to send stuff to family in the USA! Staff are exceptionally unhelpful and argumentative! Management just tells me to call the FedEx Customer Service number! What a joke!

  Fedex ground is horrible, tried to self clearance own package (by law you are allowed to). Would not send me the forms. They could not find them, but then magically they find them and charge me $70 processing fee’s, dhl, ups, no problems, some hiccups with them getting through to the right department, but always manage to get the forms from them. Fedex, won’t even send the forms, contacting border services as all interactions were via email, i hope they can fine them for refusal of my right to self clearance low value packages.

  Customer service is near non-existence. I tried to update the delivery preferences on the web, it's not working so I tried to call them, and it's just an AI assistant that is not able to process anything except Yes or No. When I finally got to speak with an agent, I got forwarded between agents 4 times and each of them gave me conflicting answers. (Edits: their automated reply without contents really have further demonstrated what I have said)

  Paid for 2 day delivery, but it’s been 8 days and my package still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointing service. If you can’t meet the promised delivery time, don’t advertise 2 day shipping.

  Package was supposed to arrive yesterday, said it was out for delivery from 7am. Never arrived and now its the weekend so i gotta wait till monday.
