I live in the valley and last time they expected me to drive an hour out for my package, I was arguing on them phone call after phone call for 3 days. What's the point in paying for delivery then? I wonder if they re-sell the "lost" packages and that's how they manage to stay in business... Needless to say I'm not pleased. I spent 100$ on my package.
