  Just left and I had a great customer service by Dhairya. I started with a few questions and we ended up upgrading my phone and moving my husband from Rogers to Bell. When compared to Costco’s offer, we saved $20 per month plus a better phone. Thank you Dhairya.

  Norra and Trevor were completely amazing. I was trying to navigate uploading a new iPhone which that of course I need my service provider. I walked in three seconds later done. Thanks to the great team at Bell alliance Mic Mac Mall. With everything else in the world being upside down, it was great to receive amazing service.

  THE WORST internet I have EVER had. In the 4 years we’ve been with them, they’ve HARASSED us by calling the WRONG number (we’ve told them 20 times they just don’t listen!) to demand more money. This is AFTER we make a payment plan with them online. The plan is accepted. But they don’t like it so they call us to take more money. Money we DO NOT HAVE! But since we use this for work, they take advantage. The internet drops out every. Day. I wish I was joking. We only get 100 Mbps, and are paying about 170.00 a month. They increased the price multiple times and the quality is garbage. We’ve lost work, because of how terrible their service is. And the stress of having no choice but to pay in full, when we’ve already made a deal to pay partially for a short time, is hurting us. You know how many times we’ve had to choose, between food, and internet? It’s DISGUSTING! I’ve NEVER in my life been so disappointed and sickened by a company that DOES NOT CARE about its customers. Period. This is one of the greediest, horrifically unreliable, stressful, financially draining and to be honest, personally offensive companies my wife and I have EVER dealt with. They do not care. About their customers. Don’t let their phoney reviews fool you! And do not waste your money on their unreliable, cheap service. Their customer service reps do not understand basic instructions ie: please do NOT call this number, call this one, the one I gave you to begin with instead. OR “I’ve made a payment plan and it’s been accepted. Now you’re telling me that I have to give you my last dime. Right now?”. The SECOND we can afford installation, we are leaving this company and never. EVER looking back. There is no. Excuse. To lose your internet connection multiple times per day. To lose valuable work time AND LOSE PART OF YOUR PAY! When you’re paying the better part of 200 dollars for said internet. Do not waste your time, money, sanity with bell Alliant. Isn’t even close to worth it. PS. I live in Dartmouth. Not in a rural area. There is no excuse for the internet to be cutting out multiple times per day. Stay far away!!!!!!!
