  Kirsten at the Mic Mac Mall location was so full of information and showed navigation to my 89 year old aunt who moved here from Florida. She took the time to set up the app for lucky and then told her about promos she may see come in after her first month of service for post paid. . She was fabulous!!

  I recently visited the store and honestly had one of the best customer service experiences thanks to Lilly. I was completely confused about the whole process of opening an account and didn’t really know where to start. From the moment Lilly approached me, she was extremely patient, professional, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly step by step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how calm, kind, and sweet she was while helping me. Even though I had a lot of questions, she never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Instead, she handled everything with such professionalism and a positive attitude. It’s rare to meet employees who genuinely care about customers, but Lilly definitely does. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed properly and that I fully understood everything before leaving the store. Her friendly personality and excellent communication skills made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Because of the amazing service Lilly provided, I will definitely be coming back to shop here again in the future. Employees like her truly make a huge difference and represent the store in the best possible way. Thank you again, Lilly, for the outstanding customer service and for being so helpful and welcoming!

  Lilly was absolutely great. I was struggling with customer service issues, but she helped me through every step and explained everything in detail. She was very kind, understanding, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Earlier, I had visited the store three times and left feeling disappointed each time. But this time, thanks to Lilly, I finally left happy and satisfied. She truly did her best to help me, and her positive attitude made a huge difference. Excellent customer service!
