  I recently retired and needed to purchase a new cell phone. I was so impressed with the staff at Bell Aliant in the South Shore Mall. While waiting to be served, I watched this team help customers. They were patient with explanations, courteous with anxious questions, ( All my photos are gone!! Where are they??!! ), and genuinely caring. I had an issue with my new phone and even received a text from Brandon -outside of work hours- with suggestions of what I could try to resolve the issue. Through the course of purchasing my phone and upgrading my tv package, I interacted with Brandon, Hannah, Charlotte and Leanne and each time had positive experiences. Leanne, the Store Manager, has a great team. Customer service can be a rare find these days but this team delivers.

  I personally went to the Bell store in the Bridgewater mall to drop off the equipment associated with my account (i.e. modem+) as I had finally decided to switch providers due to Bell's constantly increasing bills for internet service as well as numerous "dead zones" on the South Shore where no cellular service is available. Sales consultant Brandon (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) was incredibly helpful – polite and informative – logging in the returned equipment while I closed my account via a phone call to Bell as they cannot do this in the store. I found it ironic that I had such a pleasant face-to-face experience in their store, unlike many of my experiences when dealing with their customer service department via phone – starting with trying to understand what the CSRs are saying due to their accents (no insult intended). And I've heard from a number of ex-Bell customers that when you leave them, they'll make tempting offers to bring you back as a "new" customer (after 30 days), but that they won't make the same lowball offers to retain you as a customer. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thanks for the memories! 🛎️😏

  Brandon Nice from the Bridgewater Bell store fought with customer service. They insisted multiple times to go to TD bank with my problems. And the bank kept sending me back to bell. He did everything he could to resolve my $700 some dollars that were in limbo from an inactive account and successful made my day. Give this man a raise, he has solidified involvement with Bell in the foreseeable future
