Chris walked me through everything I needed to do to make some changes to my account and anything he wasn’t able to do on his end, he made sure I knew just what to ask on my next phone call to the company. Thank you, Chris! Your patience was appreciated!

I have been struggling with home internet for a month now, they have sent me three modems and none of them worked even with technician installing them, the customer service is so bad that all they can offer is sending you new modem and expect you to pay on time$110 each month and make sure you return their faulty modems on time. Even after complying with payments you cannot use your phone, tv or work from your home as their internet service is so bad
