- GFGordon FAug 13, 20265.0Labib was wonderful and really took his time in helping me and my wife, amazing customer service and I came in being angry, however Labib was able to solve my issues and get me on a better value plan for my wife as well. Will definitely recommend Labib to everyone!!
- SSshannonJul 3, 20265.0Went to the Bedford Commons location after not a lot of luck talking to a rep in the phone. Spoke to Chris at this location and he was incredibly helpful! Chris walked me through everything I needed to do to make some changes to my account and anything he wasn’t able to do on his end, he made sure I knew just what to ask on my next phone call to the company. Thank you, Chris! Your patience was appreciated!
