Instead I was met by "Chris" who was friendly, very helpful, and not only made the process easy but was very helpful in clarifying other issues I have been having with Download speeds and just bad connection. I left completely satisfied with the information and service provided. It's nice to interact with a "Chris" every now and again in the service industry.
