I was helping my parents sort out their cell phone plans and honestly expected it to be stressful and confusing but Jackie made the entire process easy, patient, and genuinely caring from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question without rushing us, and worked hard to find the best possible rate and plan for their needs. What really stood out was how kind and respectful she was with my parents. She treated them with patience, dignity, and humour, which meant a lot to our family. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Jackie absolutely went above and beyond. If you’re a senior, helping aging parents, or just want someone who truly cares about helping instead of upselling, I highly recommend asking for Jackie. Thank you again for making this such a positive experience!

I have been trying to get it corrected ever since January n 20. Today he told me I had misunderstood. That I agreed to $5 a month. He is a liar and a cheat. You should not have him dealing with customers
