  I really hate to leave this review because I do not want to see another staple store go out of business. It literally was a staple. The printing service ended up being such a nightmare I bought a printer myself, large enough to print my own blueprints.. I hate to say it, but I really have no reason to go back. I hope they get their act together and hire 1-2 more employees per shift. If that happens they may be able to stay in business. But if you can never find someone to help you, what's the point of walking in a store at all.

  Went to staples to buy a white board, ended up purchasing one from the Staples brand. The board was covered with a display paper that took up ~1/3 of the board. Once I got home, removed the thin plastic sheet over the board, as soon as I removed the display paper, I noticed black marks. Thinking it was maybe marker, I tried to wipe it away. Lo & behold, they were scuff marks… 2 inches long. There are no scuff marks anywhere else on the board, just where the display paper covered 😅🙃 I feel so deceived! Will be going back soon to return for a new one, which I will open in store to ensure it is actually good to go. Which feels a bit ridiculous, but so is coming home to find out that the product you just purchased has scratches in it, that just so happened to be perfectly hidden. But wow, what a waste of time. Especially since I was planning to start using this board asap. Pretty frustrating

  I went into Staples this past Saturday with my son to get balloons for his birthday party, and we had such a wonderful experience. The woman who helped us was truly exceptional. She made my son feel like the most important person in the room and made sure his opinions about his balloons really mattered. When he said he wanted a blue star balloon, she asked him if he wanted light blue, dark blue, or sparkling blue, which made him feel so included in choosing exactly what he wanted. After he picked out his balloons, she also checked with us to make sure his choices were okay. While she was blowing up the balloons, she kept talking with him, asking what he would be doing for his birthday, what he was most excited about, and she wished him a happy birthday. It meant so much to see someone take the time to make a 6-year-old feel special and heard. It turned a simple stop for balloons into a really memorable moment for him. Thank you for such thoughtful and kind customer service!

  I had a great experience at the Staples store. The staff was very attentive and helpful, making sure I found everything I needed. The store was very clean and well organized, which made shopping easy and pleasant. I’ve also noticed over the past few months that there have been real improvements. The store has consistently been cleaner, better stocked, and overall feels much more organized. It’s great to see the team taking pride in the store and providing strong customer service. I’ll definitely continue shopping here!

  I had no idea that Staples was hidden back in a corner until I had to get some blood drawn. So I figured I would stop in and get some pens. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received while I was there. Customer service seems to be lost in the current world we live in but I must say from the moment I walked in, I was genuinely greeted with a warm smile and a sparkle in her eyes. On top of hearing “good morning, welcome in” the woman on the floor (Barbara)approached me with a smile and asked “what can I help you with today”? I explained what I was looking for (pens) and she proceeded to walk me to the pens asking if there was a certain pen I was looking for. She showed me different pens, told me what she liked, was honest in telling me she had not tried certain ones I looked at. Barbara was also able to find an item on line to order for me. I mean, who does that? That is going the extra mile and then some!!! I’m also now a Staples Member and Barbara explained the benefits to me as well as explaining ALL the things you recycle! That list is rather large!! Thank you Staples for hiring someone who truly puts the customer first, keeps a beautiful smile on her face and makes an effort to ensure satisfaction. I’ll be back!!
