- ARAdriana Rocha6 days ago1.0I foward my mail from Ygnacio woods ct to Simmons Novato on 10/29/25 in person at this post office they did something wrong I don’t think they never process it bc I got a cod to ca k and verify my self in person I did that however when I talk to supervisor it wasn’t very helpful she went on back come back and said was 2 request they must did something wrong and don’t want to say snd knowledge it. I need help with Attorney to take this post office to court from wrong doing seriously!!!! It had been 25 days then when I go online or call Sacramento is no history they can’t see anything !!! What did they do ???

There was a small line and people were coming in after me. I was mentally prepared to be stuck there for 15+ mins waiting in a line, but it took me less than 5 mins to send out documents that I’ve packed there as well. I highly recommend this post office, just communicate clearly what kind of service you are looking for.

I had been informed on Monday, July 14, that passport renewals were handled on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 3:15 PM. Following that instruction, I arrived at the post office at that time to renew my passport. Unfortunately, when I approached the counter, I and several others were met with a staff member who appeared visibly upset and overwhelmed. She raised her voice from across the counter, stating that she hadn’t had a lunch break and told me to speak with her supervisor if I had any concerns. She then walked away, leaving a number of customers without assistance. I understand that everyone has difficult days and that staff need proper breaks, but the manner in which this situation was handled felt unprofessional and left me and others feeling uncomfortable and dismissed.
