I need help with Attorney to take this post office to court from wrong doing seriously!!!! It had been 25 days then when I go online or call Sacramento is no history they can’t see anything !!! What did they do ???

The previous tenants failed to change their address, and when I asked USPS to freeze their mail I still received it. They blame it on their delivery driver, but honestly I think the fault lies on everyone. Maybe try organizing your management, because I have never seen such blatant unprofessionalism and utter laziness in a federal organization. USPS Novato is an utter disgrace.
- THThomas HarmanJun 10, 20171.0Piss poor and disfunctional. I completed online mail-hold before leaving for a 5-day vacation, get back home and see mail stacked-up in my mailbox (no hold at all). With mail theft on the rise I can no longer trust them to hold mail when I request it. Secondly, I also have a P.O. box at this location for my business. I have received checks from my customers more than 6-weeks after the post mark, when I have already issued late fees, insinuated blame on my customers for not paying on-time, cancelled checks, reissued checks, assuming the entire time the post office was doing their job and never considering they were the culprits all along. Lastly, I have a different mail carrier everyday and sometimes they leave my mail at other houses. It's obvious they are circiling the drain and are not getting better. For both business and personal reasons I am highly considering going to the next town for usps service to reagain my confidence in the usps system.
