The worst post office ever. I have now had 3 packages marked as delivered that I never received! Tried getting help from a staff and supervisor but they were unable to locate my packages. I almost didn't get a 4th package but I went to go hunt the mailman down only for him to say he didn't have anything until he found the package after rechecking and it was in the wrong mailbox! Now when I order something online and it says in possession of usps I cringe!

The customer service could use improvement. Long lines at the Post Office are far too common unfortunately and there are not enough employees who can handle the long lines. Wait times can be extremely long. Parking is somewhat difficult to find, especially when you just want to handle a quick task and be in and out of the place.

One of the worst Post Offices I've ever visited. They're careless, rude and when you challenge them with their own information, they tell you to "try a different post office" specially for anything related to passports, worst than DMV employees.
