Website hours:3.30 When u call them it's:11.30 when u are in the post office they will closed the window on your face without any explanation???pathetic & incompetent service, rude staff. They should shut down this facility and let the staff stay at home forever since they dont wanna do their job what they are getting paid for.

Comfirmed my appointment on first day, the next day, a lady called back said today you need to reschedule your appointment. Made another appointment , and next day called me back to cancel my appointment again , she told me I need to reschedule your appointment,I told her I already rescheduled my appointment on last time, she told me, you need go to another post office to renew my passport, totally just wast my time, bad experience with this place.
