  Very poor service. I was returning an expensive jack back to Amazon. I was packing it right there at the store, while one of the attendants watched. When I gave her the box to seal it, for some reason, she didn’t want to do it while I was still there. She was acting very suspicious. They never scanned my package as received. Amazon didn’t want to refund me my money because they said the package hasn’t been “dropped.” After about 40 days, I was able to get my money back, but the package was never scanned by the UPS attendant. Don’t trust your packages to those people.

  It was very quick and easy and the lady that helped me was very nice and helpful.. I had a package that I had to return no problems doing it, thank you.ups store

  I like coming here for returns and shipping and it’s always a great experience. However, I made an appointment for notary services online but when I arrived today, the store was closed and there was no signage about holiday hours.
