My only concern was that there wasn’t enough staff to handle the customers. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes before additional help arrived to handle the long queue of waiting customers.

They told me that they couldn’t get my printing done until the next day so I decided to call this FedEx location and Jacob Almanza answered the phone. He let me know that he could get all of my printing needs done same day. When I went into the store, Jacob was able to get all of my printing materials done and he was able to answer all of my questions. I knew exactly what I needed because of his great customer service and knowledge. I’d highly recommend this location for any of your needs and ask for Jacob if he’s available.

Aaron is horrible in his speech when addressing customers. He frequently calls customers "boss" in a really annoying fashion when the customer is trying to be business like. Aaron rrally needs trainning or hours reduced. Aaron is thevpitts all around for any kind of work. they also speak to your back when your not even looking at them. a all arpund horrible place and environment. dont use....
