  Store owner Moe is rude and has absolutely no customer service. I will not be back unless I absolutely have to. Don’t support a business that gives customers a hard time. The rest of the staff is great though.

  If you require a background check for hazardous materials, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. I contacted them a month ago to inquire about the availability of hazmat background checks, and the owner/manager confirmed that they do offer such services. I visited the establishment, provided my fingerprints, and completed the necessary paperwork. However, a month passed, and I still did not receive any response. Consequently, I contacted the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to inquire about the status of my application. The representative on the phone informed me that no background check had been submitted to TSA. Upon further clarification, I explained the location of the establishment to the representative. She informed me that this particular establishment is not authorized or permitted to conduct background checks for hazardous materials or TWIC cards. TSA has designated specific locations that are authorized to perform such background checks. Therefore, if you require a background check, I recommend contacting TSA directly to determine the nearest authorized location. In retrospect, I wasted a month and money trusting the information provided by the employee at the establishment.
