This location is wonderful! I came in with a large shipment order for an event and the staff were all extremely helpful and kind. Vanessa and Walter helped me most in particular.

We had trouble with our prints at self-service and Jarrett delivered absolute 5-star service. This was on a busy Sunday with a long line, and he handled everything effortlessly. He thanked people for waiting, assisted customers on the phone, and even turned a frustrated customer complaining about shipping prices into a happy, smiling one.
Jarrett is an amazing human being and this location is unbelievably lucky to have him.
Thanks for being an absolute legend and lighting up the room with your energy.

Here’s the bottom line.
As soon as I walked in the door Beatrice greeted me with. “Hello and how can we help”
I stopped by to print attachments for my tax guy. I was having technical issues (user error) so I walked over to counter and asked Daisy to help. She paused what she was doing to walk me through the set up and how to email the forms. She was patient, courteous and smiled a lot which means she was very engaging= Exceptional Customer Service.
Jarrett, was extra cool explaining why the candy section at FedEx was better than any stop n go.
Can’t forget T. I didn't get to see her but I could hear her.
Here’s the bottom line:
This is an awesome team and I’m very happy I stopped by Wednesday night to this FedEx store.

Don't go here for printing documents. Printer system is super complicated. I had a 10 page document on my phone that I just needed to print. Self service printers have a QR code where you email your document and I tried that 4 times following all instructions and it kept failing *after* adding pending charges to my credit card. I went to ask for help, they hesitated but came to help and couldn't. They offered that I use their sit down desktops but they charge per minute for that, I declined. Just terrible that in 2026, a facility like this could not figure out a way for me to go in, print a black n white simple document that I had saved, pay, and get out. I won't go back for this specific service.

I go to my local FedEx Office a handful of times a year. Maybe printer access, delivery question or pickup—even lamination. It’s actually always 5 star service.
Today was 5 star service with an urgency to post a review.
I walked in, and there was a few people ahead of me, but once I was greeted by Jarrett, it was all uphill from there.
I asked him if he could help me laminate something, and he said he could do even better and show me how to do it myself, to which I said “that’s great because I really don’t like bothering anyone”, to which he responded that it actually wasn’t a bother, but they were just looking to help people become more “self-sufficient”.
I really appreciated how he worded that, and I told him so. And then he made a joke about his mom saying how he had a clever way with words. It was funny.
He went ahead and showed me how to laminate my own items, and he did it very thoughtfully and effectively. The process stuck.
And then he showed me how to cut the lamination with the paper cutter. And that was very helpful as well because when I was done cutting my lamination, I ended up with a lamination with very pointy corners. As I was waiting in line to ask him how to round out my pointy corners, it occurred to me how I could do it with myself with the paper cutter that he had already showed me how to use.
I went ahead and completed the job myself. Self-sufficiency—thanks to Jarrett.
The way he empowered me, and the way he spoke to me, the way he walked me through it all with pride and respect urged me to leave a five star review for FedEx office on Tampa Avenue in Northridge— and urge the company to give Jarrett a raise and maybe look for him a position within the company with a little more responsibility but with a lot more pay. I think nobody would be upset about that, and everyone would win.
5 stars thanks to staff.
