I had important documents that I paid to be delivered that was not because an employee did not put the correct information. The store took no ownership, tried to make it my fault for not catching the employees error after I provided him both written and verbal address information. They pushed me off on the 800 customer service line. I had to call that number numerous times to get help. UPS is much much better

I accidentally ordered a comically large portrait size for my late grandmother not realizing the dimensions were going to be that large in reality and he was able to swiftly assist me in fixing it ASAP. Even though it was a busy night, he spoke to each customer before me with immense patience and kindness and returned that grace especially with me. He deserves all the kudos and recognition and (a raise, frankly) for being so efficient throughout his shift while prioritizing customer service to literally every person. Thank you, Jarrett! You were hands down the MVP of my week.
