From my experience the staff here have been very sweet and professional despite being severely understaffed. Theres usually only one person available for shipping and packaging which does cause long wait times, but thats not the fault of the workers. I understand wait times are long but to have this post office here has been a great convenience for me. I suggest many others that need quick service when there is a long line here to go to the one close to the Arts District. If you need to just pick up mail, there is usually another person available that can get it for you. Just remember to bring Photo ID.
