I know this because the Supervisor from the North Hollywood location, Johnathan, called me and told me that he spoke to the carrier and confirmed that the package was still in their possession and it was going to be delivered. It has yet to be delivered even though I waited an extra week and called the North Hollywood location to understand when exactly my package was set to be delivered. I left word with a worker who assured me they left a message for the Supervisor Johnathan to call me back but it is another week later and I have yet to hear from him or have my package, which it's contents had a dollar amount of nearly $300.00. So at this point I guess the USPS is just blatantly stealing from their customers?? If this was a hostage situation I feel like they would have at least asked for some form of ransom but instead I just have silence and now have to file a charge back on a company that thought they could trust the USPS with their business.

HE BEGAN YELLING, ROLLING EYES, SIGHING, SNAPPING AT CUSTOMER TO GET OUT. HE BEGAN SAYING "COME ON YOU TOO! COME ON I HAVE TO GO FEED MY KIDS, WALK MY DOG, SEE THE MISTRESS, AND FEED MY DOG NO YOU NEED TO LEAVE I'M CLOSED GET OUT! GET OUT!" IF HE WAS CLOSED HE SHOULD HAVE LOCKED THE DOORS HE IS GETTING PAID TO SERVICE PEOPLE NOT YELL AND KICK OUT. IF YOU ARE CLOSED LOCK THE DOOR BUT DON'T GIVE PEOPLE ATTITUDE NOR YELL AT THEM.
