Sterling was so accommodating and made the process easy for her to understand as she gets confused easily and sometimes needs a little more time to process information. He explained everything including the process when ordering/receiving boxes or packages from Amz, Fedx, UPS, as they do not deliver to PO box. Very important to know. Sterling was patient and reassuring. We both left knowing we made the right choice and Sterling had her back….he truly did. Sterling is actually Golden! Thank you so much for your kindness, patience & compassion.
