Put all mail on hold from Oct9th to 31st, apparently it did not go through their system (unaware), so their MANAGER instead of contacting me or anyone at my house, they choose to deliver the mail rather than check in or call EVEN after someone at our address signed up to check incoming mail with their phone#/contact info. Complete joke of a place

She didn’t even consider it necessary to warn me. She simply started turning around to leave for lunch while I was still standing at her counter. If I hadn’t stopped her by asking “Where are you going?”, I would have just been left there waiting for nothing. When I confronted her, she replied: “I don’t have to tell you anything.” I made it clear: if you work with people, you do have to. That’s the minimum respect required. I don’t ask to know about her personal life or problems — I couldn’t care less. But when a customer is standing in front of you, you are obliged to say something like: “Excuse me, I’m going to lunch. Another clerk will assist you.” That is how respect works. She chose open rudeness instead.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this USPS location. I went to send a package and asked for a small piece of tape to seal it. The employee named José responded in an aggressive and rude manner, telling me I had to pay $3.50 for the tape or come back another time. Is that really the kind of service USPS offers? Is that your policy—to not even provide a small piece of tape to help a customer? I felt discriminated against and disrespected. There was no empathy, no willingness to help. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If this is what USPS stands for, it’s no wonder more and more people prefer FedEx or DHL, where the treatment is professional and human. Never coming back.

Absolutely unacceptable service. The woman at the counter didn’t even bother to verify the address I was sending to in Israel, barely gave me a tracking number, and was completely unprofessional—making faces and giving attitude throughout the entire process. To top it all off, they charged me $70 just to send an envelope! That’s outrageous. Honestly, every time I need to send something to Israel, it feels like I’m being treated differently—like there’s some underlying antisemitism. It’s frustrating, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. Shame on this place.
