I had already driven to two other locations where the fingerprinting machine was not registering my prints despite many attempts. The staff at this store were incredibly patient and did everything possible to help me complete the fingerprinting process. I’m so grateful and will definitely be back in the future, thank you!

But they have hard time smiling. I wasn’t greeted, or told where to place my package , but then given an attitude like I should know where to place my packages. Like I didn’t know just leaving my package at the counter without getting at least a slight nod of acknowledgement was ok to do. Just ruins the over all experience of dropping off packages. All I can say is they can do and be better.

The lady that helped me was incredible rude - the men that also assisted were fine though. I went to an actual Verizon store and they told me that all they had to do was scan the QR code on the bottom of the box and take it from me!! These people are scammers!!

I was expecting a very important package today but all of the sudden I got a message saying this pick up stop was not available, I want to think maybe they have too many packages and people are not picking up? But still now I missed that package and I have to figure out what to do and where to send it next. Again this might not be their fault but still extremely annoying
