  The Fed-Ex don't call up the apartment number as we have a gated entrance and just leave thedoor tags. I even left a note with the tracking number and phone number. I waited all day and. ever got called. I had a signature required and waited for information package from City National bank in North hollywood. They will no longer use Fed-Ex for their business. Very unhappy customer!

  This is the center that services my home. Had a refrigerated medication being delivered. Left a note by the door with my phone number to call me because I sometimes do not hear the ring. I was in the house. No knock, no use of the Ring, and no call. Just a missed delivery door hanger that says "We do not use our phones to call". This is why this organization is a distant second to UPS. They have been removed from being able to ship to me from this vendor in the future. POOR SERVICE.

  Walk in mid day with an envelope to be sent Overnight. .Handed her the envelope. I've watched her type something, scan the envelope's air bill... She put the envelope on the scale... Next day where do you think the package is?? Still at the Van Nuys location.. Too much lipstick and bs'ing.. Not enough working... What a joke.
