Long long line, slow service, missing staff, save yourself time and go somewhere else. Had a passport appt. and came in on time only to find out that we still have to wait in line. Plus this post office that doesn’t have a printer so if you ever need to print out things you’ll need to go to another location and wait in line for longer to get yourself a copy. The guy works at the passport counter does a good job but the overall procedure and the way they do things are just so dumb and inefficient.

I have been using this office for all of my shopping needs and they are the best!!! The staff is helpful and friendly, everything gets where it needs to go and usually very quickly. I usually only buy stamps now and again, because I like all of the seasonal options, and do most of my own shipping labels at home for drop off. One time I had to call in because I thought I made a shipping error and was able to quickly get someone on the line, who put my mind at ease and was really cool about it all. I am thankful for this office and it's staff, as they are a pillar of our local community and really have been so helpful in all of my shipping needs!!

Saturday 12/6 @ 10am. A line out the door and only one person at the counter. This has to be the most mismanaged post office, because it’s always this way. If they see a long line have all the counters available. And those who help one are not that friendly. Sour faces and indifference

I’ve never left a bad review before because I don’t like hurting anyone’s business, but I had a really bad experience here. I’ve come twice. The first time, the line wasn’t long but I still waited about 25 minutes. I gave it another chance today and was relieved it wasn’t crowded. I had a box with two items to return. The box wasn’t taped, and every other place has always taped it for me — even during my first visit here. But today the employee refused to help unless I bought tape and stepped aside to tape it myself, then came back in line. I explained this has never been required anywhere, but she still insisted. It was unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly disappointing.

No point in having an appointment. No one will be here to help you . Old bald guy starts his break as the line gets longer. Definitely choose a different post office . Go out of you wat to avoid this place . Only here because the old lady that did my passport messed it up and now I have to resubmit . Definitely needs to hire people that know what they are doing. And can be helpful.
