We came in to get some documents notarized and, despite the store being extremely busy with customers picking up packages and the added challenge of kids being loud and grabbing things from the shelves, Alyssia handled everything with absolute grace. She was the only employee working at the time (since a coworker had called in), yet she managed to juggle everyone’s needs without ever appearing flustered or stressed. She kept calm under pressure, multitasked beautifully, and still gave us her full attention to make sure our notary needs were taken care of correctly. Alyssia’s professionalism, patience, and ability to keep things running smoothly in such a hectic environment are truly impressive. She definitely deserves recognition — and a raise!
