I scheduled it for that time because I’m on lunch break too. Came back 2 days later 30 mins earlier than last time and employee (didn’t get her name, African American lady) said in a rude tone I couldn’t be helped because agent was on lunch left me talking she just walked away, no need to be rude. Only 1 person trained for this? Wasting my time making appointments could have gone somewhere else.
