  Don't waste your time trying to order prints with popular characters on them, it doesn't matter if they're for personal use, they won't print them. I've been ordering prints from this Staples for almost 10 years, all for personal, family parties, cards, invites, signs, props, decor. My largest order was for a Halloween party a few years ago right after Hocus Pocus 2 came out. I ordered probably 20 different poster-sized images, many of which had material under copyright from the original Hocus Pocus and there was no issue then. I've never had any issue ordering prints with characters or copyrighted material because this is all for personal use and no different than if you were printing them in your own home. But today, I got a call a day after placing my order saying that they couldn't print it because it had a "copyrighted character." 1) characters can't be copyrighted, only works can be, characters must be trademarked. 2) it was very clearly a single poster for a game. It wasn't an order of 100 posters for resale, it was a single poster alongside another order of the pieces I would need to cut out for this "pin the blank on the blank" game. Although I have every right to print this character in my home, I do not have a poster-sized printer. But it seems that the worker I spoke with believes that the size you print an image changes whether it's for personal use or not. This is one game that was for sale on Amazon but wouldn't arrive in time. My only option was to find it on etsy and print it myself. But it seems, my niece won't be able to have it at her party at all now since the printers at this Staples don't know how copyright laws work.

  Ilene in the printing department is awesome! It was really busy when I walked in but she was super attentive to everyone. She was very patient with my printing request and she was able to print exactly what I needed.

  Great Customer Service. I was greeted by employees when I walked thru the door 4 times in a row on 4 visits. "WOW" All I needed was printing and poster boards for my Police Youth Education Program completed. Each time I was asked if they could help me find what I was looking for. "WOW" As I left on my final visit I asked to speak to the manager. I told Antoinette her store has the best customer experience compared to any Staples I've shopped at in the past. I also told her I was a little worried staples might close since several stores near my home in Corona closed down. However, maybe, they closed because of poor customer service that I experienced personally. It was obvious to me 4 times out of 4 with Antoinette and her leadership you are lucky to have her running your store. Thank you

  I went into this location to make a few copies. The machine scanned everything and when it came out it was totally wrong. I don’t know what I did, but it wasn’t the right thing. Then came Veronica, she goes by Vero, came in and saved the day. On her first attempt it was giving her problems. She worked some computer magic by resizing things so they printed properly. Cheers and applause goes out to this person for their amazing personality and dedication to customer service. Thank you again Vero.
