  At the beginning of April I visited the Bell Aliant store at the Village Mall to purchase a phone, thinking this was a great time and it was. Two employee's were working that evening and were serving customers. Within a short period of time the store became filled with clients. My customer service representative was Adrienne. I found her to be of the finiest quality. I was amazed with her calmness, professionalism, knowledge and demeanor working under pressure. I could only imagine what it felt like for both employee's. Every customer was given the utmost attention and responded respectfully in waiting their turn. I had to return a couple of times in the following weeks to deal with a technical issue and was helped by David and Glenn whom I found very professional had great expertise and interest in solving my problem I found this team at Bell Aliant Village Mall store a great asset to their company and highly recommend this store.

  This is in reference to Bell Mobility at the Village! I went there today after having difficulty with my cell phone and the two people working there just didn’t seem to want to help me!The guy tried a few things but he didn’t seem to know what he was doing.The female tried a bit and then said there was nothing they could do! I was shocked…they sent me to the Nano store where they suggested I would have to pay for their services. What a different experience! The employee Madi was super helpful and because there were no customers,she said no need to charge me! She had lots of patience and fixed my issues! I just have to ask…when Bel Aliant talked me in to changing my service to them a few months ago,why didn’t they tell me they didn’t provide service! And what do other people do when they need help?

  Never received my SIM card from bell. David helped get everything sorted out for me despite the hurdles of dealing with customer support. I would highly recommend purchasing any internet/phone packages through this store as they have the same deals and exceptional service.
