The employee that helped me was Shoaib and he helped me figure out the right data plans but we didn’t have time to go ahead with it. I came to town last week and Shoaib came in on his day off to help me out as it was the only day I was available. He provided great customer service, patient and nice and I can’t recommend him enough!

Sakib explained everything so well and transferred our lines to Bell really smoothly! I highly recommend him if anyone is visiting the Bell store.
