- AВолодимирSep 14, 20261.0Very disappointed with Bell Internet. I have been without home internet for almost two weeks, and Bell has still not resolved the problem or provided a clear explanation. I have contacted customer service but have not received a proper response. I am paying for a service that I cannot use. Bell needs to fix this issue immediately and provide a credit for the entire period without service. Very poor customer service.
- HChappy campersSep 8, 20265.0I’ve been dealing with an extremely frustrating issue with my Bell Business internet service and, after being bounced around between different departments and phone numbers, I called the Bell store at 34 Pippy place looking for some direction. I spoke with the manager, Matt, and even though my issue involved a business account and his store primarily deals with residential service, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Rather than simply telling me it wasn’t his department, Matt listened to what was going on, reached out to people on his end to try to find the right contacts and numbers for me, and actually called me back with information and advice on how to proceed. He had nothing to gain from spending his time helping me, and technically the problem wasn’t even his responsibility. He helped because he genuinely wanted to help a Bell customer get an issue resolved. I’ve worked in customer service for roughly 25 years, and I know the difference between someone simply doing their job and someone making a genuine effort to help a customer. Matt is an excellent example of what good customer service looks like. Bell would be well served having more people approach customer problems the way Matt did. Five stars for Matt and the service I received from him.
