Two months later I get a bill for $650, called Bell and was told that they do not have the cable boxes, visited the store and was told that the manager is off work for 4 months and there isn't anything he could do. He has no access to check for an invoice. I was also told that they have changed systems on their computers and didn't back up customers files. What a load of BS, no business changes systems without backing up files. So now I am out $650 and cannot get any answers from anyone. Someone has to be the acting manager of the full time manager is off for an extended period or time.
