No sorry, just "what do you want, you should have rang the bell" in a bitchy attitude. Multiple people were in line as well (i understand that they must have been frazzled from the outage, but as soon as he came from the back it was nothing but rudeness to us) Also never delivers packages to the door if your driveway is too out of the way, theyll just put "no access" and make you pick it up there. lived here 3 years and this has been the exact same problem over and over. :(

My packages have always been left on the porch, near the walkway, even in the flower bed when they are too large for the mailbox. Two weeks ago, they left a notice stating there was no "secure " place to leave my package. I rescheduled the delivery, and they still did not deliver it. I had to go and pick it up. The next week, I got an email stating another package couldn't be delivered for the same reason. However, this time I was home and in my front yard at the time so I saw the mail carrier didn't come. He in fact, didn't come until 2 hours later, saw me standing in my front yard, and didn't leave the notice because he was caught in a lie. The notice wasn't left in my mailbox until 4 days later, after the package was delivered by a different carrier. Today, I received another alert stating my package couldn't be delivered because they couldn't gain access. This is again, a lie, as my home has no gate and is directly across from the mailboxes. Three other packages were left on my porch this week. Its always the carrier that works my route on Thursday and Friday. Packages are delivered just fine Monday through Wednesday.
