After everything i had to go through and time i had to give not to mention the people i had to involve in trying to pick up a single package with my name and my moms p.o.box number on it. Boy it was not fun actually it became such a headache that i had a choice word to explain how the employee was acting towards my situation was a female dog. That i did Not call her but said she was acting like towards me without reason or care for my situation or given a chance to finish explaining my situation REALLY POOR customer service. NOT TO EVEN LISTEN ONLY TO EXCUSE MY PRESENT FROM HER COUNTER TO HELP OR GET REED OF THE NEXT IN LINE?

Take note if you check your po box late nights/early mornings you may find a homeless person or two sleeping in the northeast corner especially during winter. I've experienced this a handful of times over the last 3 years. I've not had any problems with any of them but some may consider their prescience startling or threatening. Usually they're a little dazed as I've unintentionally just woke them up.
