My mailbox is part of a neighborhood cluster and the packages were placed in a parcel locker and the key was left in the wrong mailbox. When I spent 15 minutes filling out an online form, it gave me an error message after I hit submit. So frustrating and incompetent.

So they compromise my mail box, gaslight all over a key? I wish I could give 0 stars They lied and said my roomate picked up the mail key but in reality they gave it to someone else. No name or anything. How does the usps let someone else have access to my mail?! Every person in line hated this place too.
