Even if I send something to them I have to listen to Larry the cable guy for twenty minutes when they are supposed to open, while I am ringing the door bell. Maybe if we all just tell Amazon our horror stories we can get the staff replaced.

He never received the package, the locker key was placed in the wrong PO Box which resulted in another customer getting my brother's package. I filed an insurance claim which was denied, then filed a First Appeal which is currently under review. Phoned USPS twice. So far no supervisor has contacted me as promised. UPDATE: Package has been recovered by the post office and a post master did contact me via phone. They also did honor my insurance claim for the amount insured and the shipping costs so I requested the USPS to reverse the claim.
