They blatantly overcharged me — demanding 10% of the declared value for insurance when UPS’s own website clearly lists it as only 1%. That’s ten times the legitimate rate! This place is a complete scam. When I asked for a refund, they arrogantly told me it’s nonrefundable and brushed it off by saying they’re a franchise so they can “charge whatever they want.” Avoid this store at all costs. They’re dishonest, greedy, and take advantage of customers who trust the UPS name. I’ll never step foot in this location again, and I strongly recommend you don’t either.
