She provided no assistance and never called back as she was supposed to. I then spoke with another young man after calling back 4 hours later who dealt with my concern in under 5 minutes. Would give him 5 stars. Don’t understand why people get paid to work at a government business to sit around and twiddle their thumbs. Kind of ridiculous.
