I l never left the office and I cant answer anything until I see your ID. You probably have to show her your ID birth certificate and passport just to buy a book of stamps. It's crazy she can't answer a very simple question without showing your ID first

All i wanted was a package that i know was sitting there at the post office and she straight up told me “no, i don’t want to go back there and look for it. I’m short handed” as there was literally nobody in the office at this time. She has also told me that she wanted to spray me with frebreeze one day when i came in from my job because she didn't like the smell that was coming off me. Very unprofessional.
