  I went to the store about 3–4 days ago because I wanted to check out the iPhones and compare the different models to see which one would be best for me. When I walked in, an employee approached me and started talking to me about phone plans. He asked what iPhone I currently have, and I told him I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. He responded, “Oh, that’s way too old, man,” while laughing. I explained that I wasn’t interested in discussing plans and that I just wanted to look at the phones and compare them. I mentioned that another store had an iPhone 16 Pro Max for around $1,000 with tax. He laughed and said, in a mocking way, “Oh, you don’t have a thousand, buddy.” He was laughing while saying it, and I felt like he was making fun of me. I told him I have a job and that I didn’t appreciate being treated like a joke. He then patted me on the shoulder while laughing and walked away. The interaction genuinely ruined my whole day. I’m not saying that as a joke or to exaggerate — it actually bothered me that much. It’s been 3–4 days since it happened, and I’m still thinking about it because of how disrespected and embarrassed I felt. I went into the store simply wanting to look at phones and compare my options. Instead, I felt judged because of the phone I currently have and how much I was willing to spend. The way I was treated made me feel like I was only being seen as a potential sale, rather than as a customer who deserved basic respect. Customers should be able to walk into a store, ask questions, and look at products without being mocked or made to feel uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store. I hope management takes this kind of customer service seriously.

  Ratinder did an amazing job! She found me a really great deal to upgrade my Samsung to the newest model.   It's funny they say can't pay in store anymore never knew walked in to pay bill would not take cash for my bill which is funny because law states cannot refuse legal tender to pay your bill if a company refuses legal tender technically under the law your bill is null and void.
