  Raider was extremely helpful and accommodating.. She explained everything to us and made sure that we understood everything that was going on. She was able to answer any questions that we had.

  The worst customer service ever. The call center clerks don't give a hoot about customers and just disconnect as they wish. It seems that there's no accountability for their auctions and that explains why so indifferent with the result. It's simply hours for dollars that's what it is really.

  Was in the saint John McAllister Place to go in and review my cellular mobility plan with one of your service people. in there I was asking questions as to why my charges were being done the way they were and the individual that I was talking to started to get aggressive. And then he looked at me and smiled and said, I got PTSD you can't talk to me like that. He then kicked me out of the store and refusedto answer any questions. I've not been happy with anything that bell has done right now. They basically fallen down dropped the ball of so many occasions. I was contacted 2 days ago, and told them told me that I owed $80 on and then I checked the bell and I owe $200. I can't get anybody to explain to me what the hell's going on. I need to be contacted back on my email because this is truly unacceptable behavior. I have been a loyal customer since NB Tel days, and this is how they treat loyal customers?
