    EVERYTIME I call, I get transferred then I get disconnected. They never call back and I'm not going through the lengthy prompts again. Difficult to understand the staff, wether its language or connection, I have to ask them to repeat themselves. Told to go to the store to pick up Internet pods, so I drove 45 minutes only to be told no store carries inventory.
