She had been told by a telus agent that there was nothing that could be done for her old cell phone and she needed to buy a new phone. Her phone was simply locked out and needed to be reset. I walked over to bell during this process to inquire and get some direction. Ron assisted explaining many details nd was very pleasant to work with. Even though we didn't purchase any further products at that time, he made Bell look like a personal, assistive and helpful company. Thanks Ron.
