- BKBhoyasa KeenooJul 20, 20261.0This review is only about Bell Aliant’s customer service. The Wi-Fi and internet connection work fine. This is not the first time I’ve had to call the billing department and experienced the same issue. I was transferred from one department to another, with each representative saying I had reached the wrong department. Sometimes the transfer would even fail with a technical error, disconnecting the call and forcing me to start over from the beginning. This is very frustrating and a waste of customers’ time. Bell Aliant needs to improve its call routing and customer service.

Not only did it take three calls in the span of 5 days to cancel my membership because they never processed it every time. Bare in mind these calls take at least 40 min not including wait time. I was being upscaled on the calls when I asked desperately for them to stop because I just wanted out ( the lady on the phone wouldn't stop, it was extremely disrespectful) Also pushing the cancelation date further everytime. Over a month later I am billed $ 4.21 extra after my 130$ for not even a whole month. I was with this company for over 5 years, and they couldn't even give me the courtesy of a better deal . Internet only for 130 a month is a highway robbery. Slap in the face. Horrible customer service. Horrible company. Be warned.
