  Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Not only did it take three calls in the span of 5 days to cancel my membership because they never processed it every time. Bare in mind these calls take at least 40 min not including wait time. I was being upscaled on the calls when I asked desperately for them to stop because I just wanted out ( the lady on the phone wouldn't stop, it was extremely disrespectful) Also pushing the cancelation date further everytime. Over a month later I am billed $ 4.21 extra after my 130$ for not even a whole month. I was with this company for over 5 years, and they couldn't even give me the courtesy of a better deal . Internet only for 130 a month is a highway robbery. Slap in the face. Horrible customer service. Horrible company. Be warned.

  Mon mari, un retraité de Bell Aliant, et moi moi-même, nous sommes rendus la semaine dernière à votre point de service à Dieppe afin de échanger nos téléphones cellulaires actuels pour des modèles plus récents. nous avons été accueillis par Alice qui, tout au long de notre interaction avec elle, se,est montrée calme, professionnelle et respectueuse. Ses explications des produits étaient claires et précises; elle a pris le temps d’écouter nos besoins actuels et nous a aidé à faire un choix qui nous convenait. Elle s’est montrée patiente et minutieuse lors du transfert des données de nos anciens téléphones vers nos nouveaux appareils. Alice incarnait parfaitement l’excellent service à la clientèle et nous la félicitons pour cela. Le fait d’avoir pu être servis en français à certainement contribué à rendre notre expérience plus agréable et à mieux répondre à nos besoins et à nos préférences. Merci encore Alice.

  Meryem is the best employee there. She is super patient and friendly. We were there late and she helped us solve all the problems. She is the best.
