I leave NB for about 10 years, come back home to see it crumbled down to outsourcing services overseas instead of home, lines cutting off while on hold, agents I can barely understand, not just because of their accents but also because of the call quality. I had to call 7 times to get my service up and running. You will still have clients, Aliant, because your fiber speeds are the only consistent ones in the region...but it certainly won't be because of your customer service, not anymore. What have you done Aliant??. 😢
